Hafisdeen’s professional career includes more than 14 years of public and private accounting experience, of which 8 years has been heavily concentrated on audits of governmental, not-for-profits, and privately held businesses throughout Ghana. He always brings a fresh perspective to all projects he undertakes, and is an ardent advocate of the improvement of accounting and financial controls at both the lower and upper levels of management. Adams will serve as partner in charge for the audit engagement.

Key experiences:

  • Prior to joining MASAADA, Hafisdeen was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for The Beige Bank. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Head of Credit and Head of Region for the bank. Hafisdeen was also with erstwhile Intercontinental Bank (Now Access Bank) in the internal Audit department.

  • Hafisdeen started his career as an audit assistant with Badiko, Suglo and Associates (Chartered Accountants) and rose to become audit supervisor. Hafisdeen was engaged in audit assignments for; National Health Insurance Authority (Juabeso, Sissala, Wa), Asawinso Rural Bank Limited, Borimanga Rural Bank, Nandom Rural Bank, Sissala Rural Bank

  • His exposure also includes the audit of PRONET (NGO in Water and Sanitation), P&W Ghana Limited (Road and Building Construction), West Africa Hydraulics (Mining Support Services), National Hajj, Central Hotel, Upper Quarries Limited etc.
